INTERNATIONAL COMPLAINT AND URGENT ALLEGATION DIRECTIVE

INTERNATIONAL COMPLAINT AND URGENT ALLEGATION DIRECTIVE

TO:
  • United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR)
(Special Rapporteur on Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment)
  • Council of Europe - Committee for the Prevention of Torture (CPT)
  • World Medical Association (WMA) - Ethics and Human Rights Division
  • Human Rights Watch & Amnesty International - Forensics and Medical Abuse Watch
SUBJECT: Urgent General Allegation Against Systematic Medical Abuse, Non-Consensual Human Experimentation, and Physical/Chemical Torture Disguised as Psychiatric Diagnostics in Turkey.
1. PREAMBLE & THE CORE VIOLATION
This is a universal institutional complaint regarding an organized, punitive, and criminal mechanism operating within certain psychiatric facilities and forensic medicine institutes in Turkey (specifically including institutions like Turkey Bakirkoy Psychiatric Hospital, Istanbul Forensic Medicine 4th Gözlem Dairesi, Kartal Devlet Hospital, Erenköy Devlet Hospital). Healthy individuals, particularly medical and scientific professionals with full cognitive capacity, are being targeted, falsely accused, and subjected to severe physical, neurological, and chemical violations without their informed consent and without any legitimate clinical indication.
2. THE MECHANISM OF PHYSICAL VIOLENCE AND ABUSE
  • Physical Assault & Forced Detention: Under the guise of legal or medical guardianship (vesayet) procedures, healthy individuals are being subjected to direct physical restraint, institutional abduction, and bodily confinement. When individuals exercise their rational right to object, physical force is unlawfully utilized against them.
  • Neurological and Cellular Torture via Medical Equipment: Healthy brains are being forcibly subjected to prolonged, unindicated, and highly distressing diagnostic procedures, including intensive Electroencephalograms (EEGs) and high-field Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR/MRI) scans. Forcing healthy biological tissue and nervous systems to endure these high-stress, non-consensual radiological and electromagnetic exposures constitutes deliberate physical and cellular degradation, operating effectively as a form of involuntary human subject testing ("denek").
  • Chemical Assault via Involuntary Medication: Inside these facilities, individuals who possess flawless cognitive functioning are subjected to chemical assault through the forced administration of heavy psychotropic drugs and neuroleptics via involuntary injections or oral forcing. Altering the neurotransmitter balance of a healthy biological brain to induce paralysis, sedation, and cognitive suppression is a severe chemical violation of bodily integrity.
  • The Weaponization of Pseudoscience: Rogue psychologists and psychiatrists are actively abusing completely subjective, unscientific projective metrics (such as the Rorschach blot test and forced interpretations of ambiguous figures) to fabricate falsified medical documentation. Honest sensory perception and cognitive clarity are deliberately pathologized to strip victims of their legal competence, thereby enabling the unlawful seizure and liquidation of their inheritances and financial assets.
3. ULTIMATE DEMANDS AND CALL FOR INTERNATIONAL INTERVENTION
We urgently demand that international human rights bodies, the United Nations, and medical ethics committees:
  1. Launch immediate, unannounced, and independent international inspections into Turkey's forensic and psychiatric detention centers to halt the illegal, non-consensual use of healthy citizens as involuntary medical subjects.
  2. Hold the perpetrating medical personnel—including rogue radiologists, neurologists, psychiatrists, and psychologists—personally and criminally liable for crimes against humanity, physical torture, and systemic medical malpractice under international statutes.
  3. Formally condemn the weaponization of medical technology and psychiatric diagnostics as instruments of physical violence, financial extortion, and human rights deprivations.
