To benefit from Kahun to make clinical decisions, no doubt, a deep clinical knowledge of MD will be required.
The frequent lab or image works that Application uses are also frequently used image or lab panels of Training and Research Hospitals.
I want to give some Lab or Imaging Panels that are considered for a patient newly applied to a licensed MD, GP, Physician.
1) The most important step is the first Lab or first Imaging test.
ASK FOR TESTS that will give results to step ahead towards clinical diagnose decisions.
Below is the screens used in most hospitals as KAHUN app does.
KAHUN app prior to giving below screens, asks to write any symptom of patient such as headache, weight loss, vitals etc.
VITALS: Above are some essential vital signs to evaluate.
1) COMPLETE BLOOD WORK
Above is a list of frequently ordered blood tests from Biochemistry Labs
2) RENAL FUNCTION TESTS
Above is a list of some important tests to check if kidney is functioning normal.
Since blood volume taken from a patient is not adequate for detailed analysis, only the important clinical desicion making tests are ordered.
3) LIVER FUNCTION TESTS: Some frequently asked important blood tests to interpret Liver function.
Above list is not all the liver tests required to judge liver, however, if we do not know which organ is responsible for the problem, we ask only most important tests that blood volume will suffice.
4) INFLAMMATION MARKERS: if a long standing disease is to be checked, these markers could be employed in Clinical Desicion Making.
5) LIPIDS: Some frequently asked Lipid tests in blood.
6) TESTS of URINE DIPSTICK: Above tests are done using urine sample taken from patient.

11) ELECTROLYTES: Above is a list of Electrolytes. This Screen is a must for most of diagnosis, very informative for many disturbances, such as Chronic respiratory diseases, vomiting or diarrhea. Also checks if dietary intake is wrong or balance is disturbed by intake of some diuretic pills (as a bad side effect) .
12) ECG Screen: Above is only some parts of ECG screen. ECG interpretation might need Cardiology consultation. ECG is absolutely necessary not for Cardiology but almost for any diagnosis. Nowadays ECG is necessary for any preoperational medical procedure, for any health check-up.
I advise that at least a dozen of test panels used in hospitals should be familiar wery well by kahun user.
I believe starting by correct Desicion Making test orders is the essential of any medical drug treatment approaches.
I like COAGULATION PANEL very often. It is needed for any preoperative evaluation.
BASIC CHEMISTRY PANEL is a must.
ECG PANEL for Heart check-up,
Hepatitis A, E panels,
are all present.
IMAGING TESTS includes,
Biopsy,
Chest X ray,
CT,
MR,
nuclear medicine tests.
If a patient sees you already with results from above panels, just enter the results into related KAHUN screens, and make ASSESSMENTS for mostly suspected diseases.
When decided on a disease, then KAHUN suggests further detailed tests (Blood, procedure, imaging ) to work from the patient.
Another ability of KAHUN:
When the KAHUN application recommends that certain patient examinations to be performed, it lists which examination is appropriate beforehand.
KAHUN does not use approaches that weakens a Doctor brain decision power if kahun is used for years. When KAHUN taken away from an MD, her/his capacity is even better but not worse. Even it improves an MD decision making ability after years of KAHUN app usage. The KAHUNs way of logic, algorithm is very similar to an intelligent MD brain storming.
KAHUN is a good way to improve Clinical knowledge abilities of MDs.
KAHUN is especially for General Practitioners with a lisence, for General Internal Medicine, Family Medicine Speciality MD s, for Cardiooncologs.
It definitely requires essential medical knowledge of a Doctor.
MD should be easily write in KAHUN screens any findings of patient that other specialists reported to her/him (ECG results, Biochemistry Lab results, Hematology Lab results, Radiology Reports, Biopsy Report, Nuclear Medicine reports, Endocrinology test results, Nurse performed vitals, physical signs etc.).
I do not believe all level health professionals will be able perform any good with KAHUN.
Although KAHUN application always is eager to add Nurse performed Physical Examination signs of patient (such as, pain, wound, tumor, vitals such as Blood Oxygen Saturation rate SpO2 , any symptoms in detail); I do not believe any Nurses would benefit or praise KAHUNs Clinical Duty for nurse duties.
KAHUN is for Medical Doctors.
The KAHUN Application is English.
In my governmental work hospital, we have HIS application for Patient Records, Blood Test, Radiology Exam etc orders. Well arranged to find blood test lists, urine test lists, imaging tests. But it is not for Clinical Desicion making. For example, my hospital application will not give any screen if i look for "Liver Test Screen", "osteoporosis screen", "immunology screen," " Winter Screen " etc.
Classification of tests by organs is good, I like KAHUN arrangements.
However, MD judgements should always be above any such software programs.
Medicine is a huge field. Even finding right specialist is not easy. Such computer applications are helpful.
KAHUN is different in that entering each abnormal lab value into kahun screen one by one makes very specific Case Stories or summary report for each patient.
Nowadays patients misleadingly decides that their complaint is of Cardiology or Gastroenterology incorrectly just because they feel pain in such areas. An MD will better decide clinical approach by some initial tests work.
Applications such as KAHUN are very valuable and will be inevitable in near future.
KAHUN should be in the hands of MDs who holds "Doctor of Medicine" degree, who is graduated from Medical School of Medicine or Faculty, who has School of Medicine Curriculum with passing grades. With passing GPA. With a Lisence to work as an MD (General Practitioner, Specialist MD, Primary Care physician etc)
In summary, I believe, at present only licensed MDs with passing grade (GPA) should try to benefit from KAHUN.
