Pregnancy may lead to obesity

Above photo shows before after weight of a movie-star (D Howard).
Sure she could manage not to gain that much weight during pregnancy.
But compared to georgia-d,
DH is not morbid obese, she is walking healthily even carrying her baby.
We notice her excess weight, because she was very lean before pregnancy.
She should not hurry to lose weight. If she goes back to her former weight in about 2 years by diet and walking/exercise, this is normal.
High-Protein, almost-fat-free, high vegetable/fruit diet is good for her.
Even at first sight, such a weight gain after pregnancy is not really that terrible at all as some tries to portray.
If she is healthy (cardiovascular system, etc), she does not need to lose weight hurrying.
The allowed weight limits of a movie star should not be a guide to an average person.
Many misleading news mislead people that such a person is terribly overweight.
Not all people claim, or prefer themselves as dress carrying skeleton models.
For a movie star, yes, she is definitely overweight, but for an average person, she looks OK, if she is healthy(cardiovascular system, etc).
If someone with such weight shows perfect health, we should not say that there is something wrong with her weight urgently.
Healthy body and good looking movie star are different concepts, should be evaluated separately.
Most people categorizes georgia-d, and D-Howard under same risky fat, obese group;
No, they are very very different.
Pregnancy gained excess weight sometimes stay for life,
but most times, some pregnancy gained weight is a result of pregnancy hormones, such hormone levels goes to normal after pregnancy. Post-pregnancy hormonal regulation achieved in some bodies rather slow, this is not abnormal genetic characteristics.
Pregnancy is not a very normal event for most female bodies, almost for any woman.
Gaining some weight is not the worst problem of pregnancy at all, delivery will either need surgery(never all bodies tolerate surgeries well , any surgery is a trauma) or delivery will cause urogenital tissue damages.
The role of some weight gaining in pregnancy or at least for some females is not proved as unhealthy at all.
I am a strong supporter any Medical Research that makes delivery easy, with no tissue damage, surgery. Today Delivery is difficult. Life is harder on mothers than fathers.
