Is there appropriate dress to increase voice performance?

Anyone knows singer should wear beautiful dresses on stage, but my point is different. A perfect voice may sing worse in a bad dress. Temperature, humidity during singing is very important. The best dresses are not the ones which reveals naked trunk, Lung area; but the ones cover the trunk, keeps a constant temperature so that voice strings/muscles metabolism, breathing is maintained at its best.
