Is body built with talented heavy muscle, or fat

When one seeks fit people, first place is Olympics for me.
But, the looks of champions will not tell to ordinary people much. Shawn J, a world champion from US is built from talented muscle, and her body muscle measures/weight should be interpreted only after her muscle talents are seen. Specially for her age(she was good even at her late age).
She weakened her knee on inappropriate high heeled shoes. No problem if normal people wear them, but she jumps with them with her ball like body.
She is a gymnast champion, but she also differ even from other gymnasts  in that she has enormous strength; she did not required for her program, but if needed she could move on a
street at least 500 meters just flip-flopping without any problem to race walking people, this is more than being a gymnast (I have not watched her this year, this is my former notes from 2007-8 etc).
her measures should not be an example to normal people.
Is Shawn J fit here in
2010
or here in
2012(on the right)
where she slightly weights less(Just guessing, for certainty one needs to see measures, not good tailored dresses/clothes on a body).
My answer is, though she weights more in 2010, she was more fit in 2010.
But, age always is disadvantage over fitness, thus comparing two different ages is not fair.
In 2040 she may weight less than 2012, but she will be less fit inevitably, because she is a human with aging physiology. Any female gymnast is less fit at age of 47 compared to 13.

Anyone looking at a body, more or less,  will understand/differ fat from muscle as a softer tissue. Muscle is not bone, but harder than fat tissue. However, when it comes to being fit/healthy tissue, that a tissue is hard, free of fat will not always mean that it is very healthy. A healthy muscle is also recognized by its well coupling to neuronal stimulation; if the muscle like tissue is there, but not responsive to neuronal stimulation, the person will have muscle appearing tissue but no desired movements will achieved. .
Shawn J has extra ordinary short spring muscles in her spine(vertebral muscles) which are well coupled to neuronal stimulation. Although training and diet are very important to improve a body towards a world champion, muscle and neuron genes are very important to control muscle ability.
Muscles will endure against aging, but the ligament metabolism lows down by aging. Thus, champion gymnasts are always under 20, or even under 15. Anyway, I never intended to become a world champion, but gymnastics is always in my life. I always do stretching exercise, jumpings. Even at my 50 years old age I do gymnastics to have a healthy body. I am planning to create a gymnastics saloon not for only world champions, but for regular people so that they could jump over trampoline.
Unfortunately, most exercise places never has such equipment to jump, to move legs hanging down from body, etc. Some current parrot system primitive educational learning systems  blocks intelligent body muscle work programmers from the field.
I am very busy in my work field, I wish some people will open better exercise saloons for people from any age. Jumping without a soft landing such as trampoline will hurt foot. Using recent fabric technologies I believe better trampolines will be made, they will be safe for any age group exercisers.
Many current muscle exercises intend to enlarge some local arm muscle; but jumpings, or some special exercises will improve better cardiovascular system, lung rib muscles etc.
Trampoline requires large clean rooms, large buildings, empty spaces, is expensive, but it helps to workout some muscles. An exercise saloon should have ropes hanging down from the Ceil, so that one could hold them while making fast kicking movement etc. Fast high wide open kicking/jump movement is not only for legs but also for healthy lower trunk muscles. It will give a correct/young spine tone. If I have time from my other web sites some days, I will draw these described movements/exercises with associating targeted trunk muscle groups, and selected speed for each movement.
My motto to built sports saloons is 'sports is for anyone, not for only champions'. The best performers of sports, champions are the ones to prove the extreme safest limits for human tissues, muscles, neurons, physiology, limit of human body. Watching champions also helps to understand the weakness or strenghts of any body to select suitable sports. Champions are good standards of their sports fields to compare normal bodies. Gymnastics and swimming are my favorite sports to watch if I have time.
