WE NEED BETTER adjusted COMPUTERS or COMPUTER ENVIROMENT (protective Light arrangement).

Nearsightedness or eye damages in Children Now a Worldwide Epidemic
Myopia on the rise as TV and video games replace outdoor play.

Although research indicates that there is a hereditary component, the development of the condition can be affected by environment, for example a person who spends a lot of time reading or doing extensive work on the computer may be at higher risk of developing myopia or astigmatizm.

Recent studies support that conclusion. Researchers in Australia found that myopia is most prevalent in societies where children watch television and play computer games instead of playing outside.
The study also found that children with myopia or astigmatizm watched several additional hours per week of television or computer on average.
We should not work on computer in a dark room. Light coming from the room lamp will decrease computer light strength, will decrease the harm of computer light.
Working with daylight is protective against harmful effects of computer screen light. During night, in dark, there is not any additional light from other directions to block, break computerscreen light.

During summer both sunlight and computer screen light produce heat in cornea and retina and or burn eye tissues, thus during summer we should not use computer when sunlight is too strong to protect eye from burning. We may wear protective glasses when we work with computer as we do to protect our eyes from strong sunlight.
Not all glasses are good toprotect eyes.
In many United States of America working places buildings are air-conditioned and sunlight is not strong inside. However, after long hours at beach our eyes will be slightly burned by sunlight and will be damaged easily by computer screen light.
