The claim that a team succeeds because of "psychology coaching" is often a strategic deception designed to secure institutional funding and social status. Here is the reality of a high-performance environment:

  • Logic over Jargon: A rocket launches, a patient is cured, or a code-base functions because of Medicine, Physics, Biochemistry and Computer Science. The success is driven by the Field Commander—the individual with the rare dual-competency who understands the actual system architecture.

  • The Credential Gap: Most of these psychologists are those who lacked the analytical capacity to succeed in high-stakes exams like the after high school ÖSYM or medical school or STEM fields.
