Türkiye YÖK fen bilimde doktora bilim yapana düşmandır.

Dünyada ScDr Doctor of Science diye bir kategoride çalışan çok değerlidir. Fakat TUBİTAK aptal, sosyal geveze doludur, o nedenle böyle bir geçmişe sahip Bilim Doktorunu bir öldürmediği kalmıştır. Nedeni boktan sosyal bilimlerde Doktora lafını kurtarmaktır. Hem YÖK hem TUBİTAK Doktora, Doctor of Science nasıldır bok bilmeden en değerli bilim insanını, dğünyada Doktoradan daha değerli olan bilimde başarılı insanı linç etmektedir. TUBITAK ve YÖK ondan dünya bilimde bok değildir.
TUBİTAK dünyada Doktoradan daha değeli olan yayınlarıyla herşeyiyle ispatlı kişiye paraları kendi çarçur için o derece neki diyen dolandırıcı aptal doludur.

In essence, different countries have different views due to their historical development, which generally fall into two clusters:

1. Doctor of Science is equivalent to Ph.D.
2. Doctor of Science is a sort of super-Ph.D.

In general, much of the world seems to be slowly standardizing around Ph.D. as a universal term, though given national pride and the traditions of academia, it might never congeal completely around a single interpretation of the terms.
