A revolution in home exercise machines: Air Walker

The recently designed exercise machines, called Air-Walker, beats any other previous model walking/running type exercise machines.
As occur with any exercise machine, care should be paid to avoid any accident on any exercise machines.
There is not any other model superior to air-walker exercise machines protecting knees during striding.

Figure i. Air-Walker machine. This model is designed for house usage. With forward-backward movement.

Figure ii. Outdoor Air-walker machine. Out-door models are almost perfectly designed, very secure to perform fast big strides back and forth or side-to-side.

Out-door models are perfect for big strides, or for heavy, tall people, the machine is well balanced on ground, never moves, perfectly stable during fast moves. Even very heavy, big people can use out-door air-walker machines.
I believe, the home model machines can be built as good as out-door models if some engineering improved.

Air walker machines are very cheap, because they do not have any electrical motors.
The house model above (figure i) is I recently bought for about $90.
The air-walker rather helps to move the legs from the hips, from the thighs resulting in healthier upper thighs. It is good for people who sits in a chair for hours for computer work etc.
Its side-to-side right to left moving model (photo is not available on this post yet please visit the supplier links) is specially good for females with lower body obesity around lower hips, upper thighs. I already tried side-to-side air-walker model in my city outdoor exercise park, outdoor model is very good designed, I favour it very much. Another good fact about air-walker machine is that even with slippers it can be used. No perfect shoes required for air-walker machines; whereas, for running machines, good sport shoes are must to protect foot.
I found side-to-side moving house models in East Asia countries on wholesale, not available on market in my city yet.

Any schedule on air-walker machine is safe on knees: such as
-3 minute exercise
-10 minute sitting on computer, or desk work
- 5 minutes exercise
-10 minute cooking, standing
-3 minute exercise
-1 hour sitting
-5 minutes exercise

Each day I still use at least 10 minutes running-machines (with an electrical motor) to burn calories,
to exercise my entire legs; however, a short period of on/off exercise schedule is not good on knees if the machine is treadmill-machine. Running machines, or many exercise machines might put unnecessary resistance on knees. Knees should be protected from unnecessary work.

_New_Air_Walker_Solo_Function.jpg is a different forward-toward air-walker house model, i am planning to try it when available on market.
