During healthy diets the activity of intestines should be mind

Modern world should not mean not to mention some subjects since they are disturbing. Unfortunately, even some health problem communication with health provider is somehow considered too much. If someone can not learn how a healthy stool, or defecation activity is healthy for him/her from health provider during a healthy diet, then what is the meaning of asking for health centers, hospitals.
Sure a little child should learn that the bowel leaves out things to avoid; but, an adult knowing that, still should be able to examine her/his intestine activity such that a change occurred in frequency, color etc is abnormal. Not all disturbances of intestines at the beginning is with pain. Constipancy is a big problem during some too low calorie diets (sometimes infectious intestine disease induced diarrhea might unhealthily increases intestine activity to block absorption healthy nutrients ). The food we eat change bowel activity. Although the chemistry of the food is most important, for bowel, the physical mechanical movemental effects by special foods also works. If some special shaped balls with no chemical activity added into a washing machine, it changes the forces applied to washed things. During the digestive bowel movement, presence of some nonabsorbed small particules between digested foods, might help to some bowel problems if not all.
For example, ground coffee whether with caffeine or not (not instant coffee), with its small not digested particles, some sort of fiber increases food retention time in intestine, and increases water soluble nutrient absorption from Colons. Ground coffee changes stool to dark color, and to dry, intestine activity hours(from morning to late night) etc changes.
If on a low calorie diet without enough vegetables with fiber; when ground coffee is preferred as a drink, attention should be paid to eat vegetable group food to prevent excess constipancy.
Tea is a better drink to provide water to body, tea can be drink in very large amounts per day, whereas the consumption of ground coffee can not reach to a level to provide water needs of  body.
Though the Caffein of coffee might be good on some chronic respiratory system, Lung diseases, undesirably might increase some bleedings, might cause heart palpitation; the benefits or side effects of ground coffee will be searched better in future, at our present knowledge the moderate amount of ground coffee (5 tea spoon of ground coffee/a month) seems rather healthy for body. Not growing children, but young and obese people might tolerate high coffe levels better. Coffee does not have calories, the remnants of ground coffee in mouth does not harm teeth, chewed ground coffee rather helps to protect mouth against bacteries.


Ground coffee is already traditional drink on all over the world. In this East European country the ground coffee, similar to Espresso, is boiled in small amounts in metal pots and consumed immediately. Stale ground coffee loses its benefits to protect from bacteries.


Although health is an issue of entire body, the most ignored part in body is intestines.

In this country there is a saying 'çocuk bokundan belli olur' meaning that examination of intestine excrement tells most about the health of a child.

The smell of feces changes with many foods. A special species of smelling black-grape changes the smell of feces; though recently unfortunately it is not found on US market easily. Natural Honey products avoids feces word appropriately and never advertises that honey is good on feces odor. Though for some diseases some Cortisol group drugs are indicated; unfortunately, on many cases, Cortisol hormone group drug usage abused such as on singers to have better voice for a short desired time to sing. Cortisol group hormones changes the feces odor to bad, because its excess dose is not good for fast regenerating intestine tissue.
