How to cook aubergine as a snack meal during fat-free, high protein, high vegetable, low calorie diets.

 
Aubergine is a vegetable which is good to eat during low calorie diets. It keeps digestive system of body healthy, helps to fight hunger feelings, is a good company to any drinks such as tea during diets.
It is a good vegetable for some illnesses such as Diabetes, it protects stomach.
Thanks to microwave oven technology that helped to cook vegetables without any fat, oil. 
Cooking aubergine in microwave oven to good taste may need some experience.
 
THE COOKING TIMING FOR MICROWAVE OVEN(8+7+4+2 Minutes or more)
 
At first at high power of microwave oven, the two peeled sliced aubergine cooked for 8 minutes,
mixed, then two aubergines looks as picture 1,  
 
to continue cooking, additional 7 minutes cooking done at low power,
the aubergine mixed again,
 
to help better cooking peeled half white onion inserted into the empty paces in the plate,
cooked again for 4 minutes at low power,
 
The aubergine mixed again,  cooked additional 2 minutes at low power,
then the onions trashed*.
 
                 After almost 20 minutes cooking the texture of aubergine changed to soft
                 as seen in video i.

After being cooked in microwave oven with the humidity of onions, the cooked aubergine changes it texture as noticed in the video i. The onion sits in plate during cooking, but not mixed to aubergine. Notice how two aubergines lost volume after being cooked. Notice, the aubergines hardly fills the plate after cooked. When cooked, two aubergines are not more than 3 table spoons.
 
 
 
PS: 
*I do not like the taste of onion in aubergine, but since the empty places in plate will dry too much I add onion there; meanwhile onion gives some good smell and humidity to help better cooking, although the onion itself might burn a little bit, its humidity still prevents aubergine from burning. 
The cooking time always needs adjusment if aubergine amount is increased. Larger aubergines might need longer durations to cook. Prior to cooking the aubergines should be washed with water and drained for better taste. 
Without using onion, the taste will be still good, but the soft texture seen in the video i is reached with onion humidity easily.
The most frequent problem with aubergine cooking in microwave is that aubergine might not cook evenly, some parts burns to brown some parts stay raw at high power cooking.   
 
 **This aubergine snack can be eaten 6 times a day (2 kg aubergine a day accompanying to other food sources) to help hunger feeling during low calorie diets.
Although I manage to maintain my healthy weight without aubergine, over the last years, aubergine is my favorite food since it is cheap and fresh in this city. I eat this snack every day, in the morning noon ... at least three times every day ( Each day at least 1 kg aubergine (raw weight) I eat). I do not eat bread, pastry but aubergine.

Changing the opening shape, the volume, height, size of the plate might change the cooking time. The plate I used has 0,5 Liter volume. 
For a beginner aubergine cooker, long planning a long cooking time(at least 15 minutes) is better.
Experienced cookers in hurry might try cooking in only 10 minutes, all at highest power of microwave, but some brown burns will occur in aubergine when short-duration-high power preferred. 
***In this European country I am living, Aubergine is a valuable vegetable in traditional cooking. They do not eat aubergine with tea as if bread/pastry as I do, but they eat aubergine as a side dish mixed with yogurt-garlic-pepper. It might taste better with yogurt, but without acidity of yogurt, aubergine more helps to decrease cravings, hunger felt from digestive system.
 
****Aubergine has some sort of fiber, natural complex carbohydrate groups that bind excess fat in human digestive system and prevents excess fat to harm body.
 
 In conclusion, if you are prone to gain weight, prone to have Diabetes, if you want to maintain your weight healthily without disturbing digestive system physiology, try eating fat free cooked aubergine at least 1,5 kg a day as detailed above. Replace bread, pastry with aubergine.
Start breakfast with some fresh raw fruits, fat-free red-meat(protein source) and aubergine as cooked above. Eat aubergine each meal each day.
Since aubergine has very very low calorie (1 kg raw aubergine=150 calorie); on a 1300 or above calorie diet, there will be left other calorie allowance to consume protein sources, vegetables, fresh raw fruits.
Never plan to lose weigh more than 2 kg  month. Do not forget it is not hard to lose weight in a short time, but it is very hard to live at healthy weight at least 40 years.
