Yes, if you exercise in a house which does not have fresh air, sunlight perfected air, rather than being healtier you may damage your airways, even lungs with bad air.
It is not easy to have a perfectly clean house for someone who works whole day, who has average salary.
Dust in the air may cause allergies, sinusit problems, lung cancer.
In house dust even may be composed from cleaning chemicals which are cancerogen when inhalated in large amounts as occur by exercise.
Exercise room should be cleaned carefully, should be open to sunlight rich air.
Yeah, if you are not rich to have a luxurious house, even the best thing in the world for human which is exercise, will be a way to cause problems.
Should a top 10 scientist waste her/his time to clean a room?
Such a scientist will never have a salary to have a luxurious house.
Then a brain insufficient cleaning person will one day change her/his name to a genious scientist name and fool the world.

In today's world every brain product can be stolen from the owners easily, the only thing which can not be stolen is the bodies. During a job interview you can not deceit job offering person saying that you are Lady Gaga, the body seen is Lady Gaga; but you can give them a Curriculum Vitae of a genious highly educated scientist to deceit them.
This is the case, because Law is not developed yet to protect genious, educated scientist creations.
So the motto of illegal people is, have a good body, then change your name to steal other people achievements, creations.
