When you looK at a Biography of a person with Ph.D. degree to evaluate her/his credientials you look at former degrees, then suddenly you notice that this person does not have any between Bachelor OF ... degree prior to PhD.
In United States such a thing is not acceptabel, forexample on LinKedin.com such a person without a Bachelor of .. degree seems somehow bad. There occur suspicions about on such a person, Why he/she does not have bachelor degrre.
The world science isimproved by extraordinary people who manages to have a perfect degree ithout a bachelor degree, but since too much illegal people's lack of Bachelor Degree only represents their lies, their deceitfulness.
Sometimes most intelligible people values are mixed to those illegal thief people. That some people are illegal, they just could not finish, have Bachelor of ... DEGREE AND THEY JUST STOLEN OTHERS pH.d. degree is too different from someone who isintelligent and finished a privileged conbined Ph.D.program skipping Bachelor Degree. Well, what is behaviour against those.
I admit that since almost 90% of people in US have PhD after bachelor of science degree, I am skeptical about someone who is educated differently.
Fortunately, I am equipped with qualifications to examine such people to understand that they are rather extraordinarily intelligent to be able to complete a different program PhD degree, they are not thieves who lies about their failures.
I needed to tell this story, because one of my very close co-worker with whom I achieved outstanding worldwide succsess is aN UNUSUAL PhD degree owner without a bachelor degree.
It took me at least months to examine her and realize she deserved such a privilage.
But, anyway, my approach is always to make sure that I am not facing a thief, an illegal who tries to present her/his weaknesses behind other real intelligent program achievers.
Such abusive thieves make educational life harder for intelligent people education, because the short cuts intelligent people achieve are abused for some thief purposes to deceit others.
If I would have an intelligent child, I would suggest to her/him to have a meaningles bACHELOR degree, because it helps to discriminate thieves even if it wastes the years of an intelligent people.
The way intelligent people can be educated is abused easily by illegal people who are brainless, and even lacks to get a Bachelor degree.
On one side there isa thief brainless person who failes to have a Bachelor degree,

In the country I was born the educational system tradition is a little bit different from USA in that the bachelor degree though definitely required for PhD degree, is rather drawback for a MD degree. In this East Europe country MDdegree as in usa REQUİRES a special university entrance exam. However, contrary to USA, succsess in this exam is required before having any bachelor of science degree. The system rather seeks very intelligent science high school graduates who are succeed in this very important GRE exam. Young age entry to medical schoolis very valuable. Students with Bachelor of .. degree after succeeding in GRE exam are allowed to Medical School, but they are rather considered old stupids, because they failed to succeed in GRE when they were young, their low score only allowd them to study a bachelor degree, only after of years somehow they managed to succeed in GRE exam. The law is that after high school, GRE comparable exam will be succeeded and immediately ( as intelligent students age about only 16 years old, Medical School study start).
The risk is that Medical Shool islonger and hard, only ater 6 years the degree is gained, whereas some schools even for two years gives some certificates that the student could use to work.
For a Medical School it is either an MD diploma or nothing.
That is why students who does not trust themselves and find such long years education difficult, prefer a broken education such as at first a Bachelor Degree and then MA or PhD degree.
I believe ther should be a combined program without having Bachelor degree, but it is students who are afraid to commit to a program without a bachelor degree break. There are not that much science/geometry/math strong student who would trust themselves to directly start long combined degrees.
Another risk is that intelligent people work will be stolen by those who are stupid but somehow has some bachelor degree, they will lie and steal the achievements of intelligent students.

Yes such a brain is hardly found but we need such intelligent people in thousands for over centuries and centuries to improve science. If we do not see how much great work is needed, stupid attempts in research only waste budgets, also will waste valuable scientists in stupid projects, who knows who prepared.

Many Governments just think that increasing the treated people number is good enough. But, if we do not improve Medical Knowledge many diseases never will be treated.
I am not denying the importance of the contribution to increase the number of healthy people; but in my mind the Medical Knowledge itself is very important. Is it meaningfull to say someone lost weight?
If someone lost weight and put the story on web is a good thing to do, but they should give more information such as:
Did they have any surgery? such as gastric banding or others?
What is their age?
What is their height?
What is their breast size?
What is their hip, waistline naked size?
What is their upper leg circumference measure?
What is their current blood pressure, kidney function, liver function?
What is the weight gain rate?Do they gain 20kg over a year or over 5 years?
Do they have constant weight gaining rate problem? Or they are simply obese.
Do they gained weight after pregnancy?
What level education do they have, what are their degrees, at what level they contributed to humanity knowladge to improve humanity ahead of animals? What usefull brain work did they? Do they spend long hours by their eyes against computer light, by sitting?
Do they have enough income to buy ready meals as wished?
Do they have income and money to cook required for healthy nutrition?
Do they have spare time to do exercise?
Do they earn any money for the exercise, training they do?
Are they soldiers who trains for not ultimate health, but for planned time maximalsuccsess?
Do they prefer a good-looking body over a healthy succesfull brain?
Would they sacrifice their body look for the succsess of their brain-education-based-work to improve entire humanity over animals?
Would they sacrifice for example 5 years from their life span for having a better looking body?
Would they sacrifice for example 5 years from their life span for having humanity develop a century time ahead of stupids? (My answer to this question is Yes)

(None will answer No to this question, there is nothing wrong if someone is the both, but we human are not at a level to achieve this possibly yet, there is no meaning to ask such a question. if we would compare twins with perfect genes for both most beatiful look and for brain-achieved achievements such as education/scientific milesstones in World history together, then one did more exercise would have better body look, the one who had more money, more time for education would have
better brain-achieved products. This imaginary gene hardly exist between humans, we are looking for it. Even at human engineering step, if you would increase for muscle genes, then lipid from carbohydrate synthesizing important human brain genes would be ignored. Genes even can not have them all.

water per cent and calories in foods to explain the Calorie concept
Although wondering about how the Calorie Unit/Scale is created for foods centuries ago by my peers will not further help to anyone to lose fat; for anyone who wants to know the basis for Calorie Unit and Water(H2O) percent in foods, i will probably write some details, stay tune.
As my premises,
I might emphasize that
- We drink water, it does not make us fat. Water does not have any calorie on Calorie Unit Scale. That 'water will not make us fat' is something almost any average educated human already learned fortunately. We, as owner of functioning brains, all know that water drinking consuming water will not make us fatter.
- I might or might not also go to further details, go into the details of elements of foods, such as Carbon.
- I might also explain my simple approach to any food. If I do not find the calorie value of any food, then I try to estimate the water amount in foods. If on a diet to lose weight, I always include foods such as cucumber, aubergine in my diet, because their water amount is high. I like munching them, though they are mostly water, they are structured so nicely, I can bite and bite their water. An enjoyable, healthy way of consuming Water. H2O(Water) is very important, essential for our health.
*Cucumber is one of my favorite food I eat when I do weight loosing diets. My perfect ideal healthy body weight maintenance over 30 years owe to vegetables, aubergine and cucumber.
During normal amount of food diet, the food volume we eat stretches our stomach muscle healthily,
the stomach cleans its protective walls with secretions coming from liver.
If we do not eat any food(as harmingly occur during some extreme small portions of food ) suddenly the liver fluid secretion stops; the stomach stops muscle work harming stomach muscle health.
Cucumber is good to stretch stomach, keeping muscles of stomach working, to balance mineral needs of body, to keep liver fluid secretion connections healthy; Cucumber's alkaline (not acidic) water rich chemistry, neutralizes stomach's microbes-bound-protective acid-content healthily during weight loosing diets.
A suddenly continuous empty stomach, intestine deprived of any food, never will work to stretch muscles of stomach or intestines harming healthy muscles of digestive system.
If Cucumber is not organic, it can be peeled as a good option.
**AUBERGINE:
Aubergine (Fresh Vegetable)
Serving Size: 1000 grams,
Calories: 170,
Fat: 2g,
Carbohydrates: 57g,
Protein: 10g
During low calorie diets, it is not easy both
to keep Calorie amount low,
and Essential-Fatty-Acids high(which requires taken by diet, since body can not synthesize them ). Aubergine is one of my favorite food during my low-calorie-diets.
I eat almost less than 1% fat, high protein, high vegetables/fruits(carbohydrates) diet.
Since Aubergine structure gives essential nutrients nicely with no excess calories; I eat Aubergine almost every day, as most people eat bread(I do not eat bread).
In my birth city a traditional meal was beef, with fried Aubergine, green pepper/garlic/smashed-tomatoe; this was a dish using unwanted high-caloried oil to fry vegetables.
I changed the cooking style, I buy 2000 gr fresh Aubergine, slice it, add green pepper, onion or garlic in microwave till it loses all water, and finish 2kg(wet weight) aubergine a day.
The total calorie from vegetable is about 400. I never decrease daily vegetable amount or vegetable calories in my diet, but may increase it even to 700 Calories. Other calories are from fat-free-red-meat as a protein source. For each kilogram of my weight, I eat 1gr amino-acid containing fat-free protein/meat. For about 50 kg, the required total amino-acid amount for me is at least 50gr(My brain is big and super, uses very high amount of amino acids). I may eat 1 pound lean-red-meat a day as a source of amino acids. I eat always red-meat with my vegetable dish for a healthy digestion. I drink warm-hot calorie-free tea a lot, and eat fresh fruits every day(At least 1 pound fruits and cucumber a day). I never decrease my food calories too much; I never drop too much weights(more than 2 kgs) a month. Fast weight-loosing diets will never make you gain good eating habits, you will not learn what your body feels better with some specific foods, you will not learn the normal eating of yourself required for weight maintenance. Diets less than 700 calories/day will drop body water, not body fat, and will not make you understand the relationship between Calories you eat and your body weight.
My average calorie intake is about 1200 calorie/day. And always stay at my ideal weight.
I might give further details on what I eat a day on a 1250 calorie (high protein, high vegetable/fruit) diet sometime.
If I exercise a lot, I may increase my Calorie intake. I may increase my calories with some nuts, such as pistachio. Healthy eating arrangement is easier when Calorie intake is high about 2000. But, I am a small sized, low-weight woman and I hardly eat 2000 Calories a day when I work.
I never like feeling of hunger, such large amounts of healthy vegetable, salads, drinks keeps me full. I never wait to feel too hungry. I eat at least 4 times a day. I eat meat twice a day. I eat vegetable at least three times a day.
I do not like wasting my time on cooking, but I hardly can buy cooked food from restaurants.
I eat large amount of fat-free red meat and large amount of fat-free vegetable.
Eating such food out at a reasonable price is impossible. You may buy second pizza for free, but they never give second vegetable or meat for free on any restaurant.
The amount of amino-acids in meat on most cooked-food places is too low for my protein requirements. They never use lean, fat-free red-meat, they always use fatty, oily meats.
Restaurants always charge me with some bread which I do not eat,
and they never put that large amounts of fat-free vegetable per serving. Eating such food at restaurant would cost at least $1200 a month, which I could never afford with my salary. Most importantly, such restaurants are seldom and never near-by.

A healthy balance for people trying to lose body fat should not be more than 3-15% depending on individual

I was about to comment on his blog that the amount of suggested fat is not healthy.
The suggestion regarding the healthy fat amount in foods was not healthy for most of the people living Earth.
He may be a very big/tall person who exercise whole day to burn high calories, such as long distance swimmers; but there was not any explanation about his body or daily calorie burning by exercise. Anyway, the fat amount he suggests is not healthy and causes many diseases including Diabetes, Alzheimer or Cardiovascular disease.
I agree with him that we should mix different groups, but I do not agree with him that every time we eat, we need to eat fat.
Skipping fat and eating only vegetables, fruits and protein on many meals a day is also a good way to lose body fat.
My healthy suggestion on fat consumption in diet is that:

I am a small, healthy weighted person with very low daily calorie need, and I even eat only 0.5 % fat many days to burn body fat. His high fat amount suggestion is not logical or healthy specially for old, small-bodied, academic-computer workers.
However, it should be always remembered that even if we eat zero fat(0% fat), our body would still convert excess carbohydrates or other foods to fat, and our body would still be fatty. Thus, exercising is a healthy way to burn body fat besides diet arrangements.
The most important metabolic fact is that if we would eat zero protein, our body could not manage to synthesize many valuable proteins from fat or carbohydrates, and would damage many valuable organ functions.
Also vegetables and fruits have many valuable co-factors, vitamins; our body can not synthesize them from fat.
People that find themselves overweight did not have it happen to them overnight. If you gain 2 lbs/year then you will be 10 lbs heavier after 5 years, 30 lbs heavier after 15 years. This is how it happens. You turn 40 and you’re 35 lbs heavier than you were 15 or 20 years ago.
It didn’t happen overnight, and it is not going to disappear overnight. Consume water in foods such as cucumber, drink water containing drinks. Have protein every time you eat. Do not eat high amount of fat, if correct fat giving foods are eaten, even 0.1 % of calories from fat can provide any needed fat for body. Mixture of high amount of vegetable, some fruits and protein rich meals are good if you are on a body-fat loosing diet. Don’t get too hungry. Find the right balance that gets 3 pounds or 4 of body fat per month off your frame. Understand that when you exercise, you will add muscle and lose bodyfat and this is best measured with some body health measurements. After appropriate exercises, you can lose two inches off your waist fat and not lose a pound on the scale even though this will account for waist body-fat conversion into muscle.
Body-fat loss is a process that takes time, losing too much weight over only some few months is not healthy; maintaining ideal weight is most important part of healhty weight. Something different is going to work for everybody and with the proper amount of focus you will find what works for you. Calorie adjustment, low fat, high protein, vegetable, fruit diet and exercise is essential for any body-fat loosing program.

What is the difference between a newspaper and a scientific journal?
A newspaper does not have any control on what happens by stimulating them, for example a newspaper does not use, or is not supposed to use, any tool to stimulate neither football players nor viewers to collect football news.
Whereas in science, in health sciences, biology, genetic engineering, human engineering,
the author is not only the one who observes/follows, evaluates, interprets the experiment, the result data of experiment, but also the one who builts the conditions of the experiment, experiment protocol.
An experiment protocol defines the chemicals, machines, temperatures, steps of experiment.
The one who creates, writes the experiment design, the media chemicals, appliances, experiment temperature etc is the author, the one who reads the experiment protocol and applies the protocol is not the author but a worker on the project.
Being a PhD in chemistry is not pouring one cup chemicals over two cups powder. It requires a postgraduate Chemistry degree. It is requires contribution to the scientific field on peer reviewed articles after crucially wittly created protocols.
Science is many times unfortunate, and some wittly written protocols are stolen from the owners and attributed to some people who have the degrees, but who lacks the wisdom of reasoning, logic to write projects. Such thief minded people does not want intelligent people earn their rights but steals their creations, protocols, accomplishments. That is why in many many countries no outstanding scientist will reach to the level he/she deserves to create most usefull knowledge to humanity.
They may seem involved with science but in reality the ultimate absolute aim of science is not their target, science is something to reach to some occupations, salaries etc.
Most of the times even a two months short course will train a person with a primary school diploma to be a lab worker, but most of the times the years to create a university postgraduate degreed author, for example a genuine PhD is not easy; costs years of education after primary school diploma.
Primary school is 5 years*, THEN average 6-10 years education towards university and then 6 years university education, or 7 years towards PhD costs MANY MANY YEARS.
Never assume that such long torturing years of education will rise your salary.
Yes, for example a PhD is paid somehow more, but the difference never compansates for enormous educational years.
A stupidly designed experiment protocol, even if applied by most succsess means nothing, gives nothing to science, that is why experiment protocol, employing some appliances etc in protocol is being author and important activity.
A journalist of a newspaper must be alert to follow others' created events; whereas, most scientists are required to be a genious to create most appropriate, most informative, most cheapest, most applicable experiment. As a matter of fact, for most of the scientists, as I agree, building the experimental conditions equals to being the author,(Preparing a project that ignores the cost, workers' abilities, lab conditions, lab machines, available chemicals etc is not being an author). Evaluating the data from a stupidly designed experiment will only give a foolish misleading article even if a worker did the protocol exactly. Such articles' logical failures are most of the times really easy to tell to audiences who has a functioning brain, perfect reasoning logic and perfect scientific knowledge both qualitative and quantitave(numerical, mathematically measurable in scientific units).
My motto was 'never ever waste your time on stupid minded people studies, stupid articles', but, since someone who lacks any brain for reasoning the experiments, for logical interpretation of data stolen my legal name by marrying, i had to read their stupid brain formed articles. If a young PhD or similar degree candidate would read their stupid, reasoning lacking article, would lost her/his adaptation to perfect logic reasoning. Such young brains would be damaged by their stupid, brainless reasoning from stupid articles.
Maybe the reviewers who accepted their articles should be blamed for ignoring their brainless logical failures. Such stupid brains lacks the scientific knowledge to design the required experimental protocol to prove something. At the end their proof is saying is that 'george is swimming, the sea is salty'. sUCH STUPİD MİNDS will conclude anything arbitrarily if they see George swimming in sea. Their stupidness is incredibl to fool science world.
I never ever value any article if the experiment is designed foolishly, with many logic mistakes, it is a pity that there are too many articles whose projects, experiment protocols are designed by foolish minds.
Pity on the money paid, wasted to the workers on such projects, it is not that a worker did not do her/his job; but, the protocol itself was foolish and the worker was not responsible for he/she is doing.
Sure, sometimes protocols are perfect but the worker screws them, but , finding a worker is not really difficult, but finding perfect project creator author is incredibly difficult in science. The protocols which are written outwordly, not considering a lab possibility, are worthless, science is not a game.
Since the blame mainly goes on to who wrote the protocol(who is the author), then the success also goes to the writer of the protocol. Protocol includes any chemical, anything used in protocol/experiment.
In science, a succesfull author is the one who is also able to apply, turns into reality the protocols others writes, other author writes, such a work term is a postgraduate study and follows the university degree. The protocol is the product of the creator/author; as an engineer is the creator of a car engine. That someone drives a car does not make her/him a car-engineer. An engineer of the car can be called the author of the engine.
If the university is only 4 years, not 6 years, then an additional 3 years prepares a postgraduate student for not only performing experiment, but also realizing lab conditions(with machines, chemicals etc) for different kind of protocols toward writing projects to be an author. Such a project writer always have a postgraduate training at least for 3 years. After such a degree if the author publishes 3 peer reviewed articles, becomes associate professor, if writes projects and has more peer-reviewed papers becomes full-professor.
But today sometimes some fakers who never had any 6-year related-field-university degree or PhD-degrees-after-a-4-year-university-degree,
only works as a lab worker without discrimating foolish or wonderful projects, without knowing to write a project, deceits the world and appears in some who-knows-what articles to deceit the world. Such people takes the money budget which was supposed to go the project writer at least
6 years university diploma owner project writers. Such uneducated people (who lacks 6 year university degree or postgraduate PhD degree) people are not different from a horse who runs with a rider towards somewhere.
A horse will not convey any information to other horses or other riders what a horse need for the project but only runs.
Earthquakes are not the experiments any author designes (at least at present), thus earthquakes are not only the subject of seismic-scientists, but also the subject of newpaper journalists, government official records. You can not say that an earthquake at CityA was designed foolishly, but the earthquake at CityB designed scientifically. Earthquake is an earthquake that occur Earth-Space being both the lab and the authorithy.
Maybe in future there will be some explosive materials to make harder to discriminate earthquakes from explosions, but so far, earthquakes are easy to diagnose as earthquakes.
*I am a fortunate one who shared a department with university educated well project writer people to help to me to know 'how a good project is' to reach my highest university titles.
But, such high quality people are having hard time on small budgets since fakers waste scientific budgets.
I, one can not say how a project, article or the worker of the project is stupid openly, because it should not be considered my private problem to waste my short life on fights to stupids, it is the problem of scientific world. And I believe most of the scientists will catch how badly designed experiments or how badly the data is interpreted.
It is also reader responsibility to catch the mind foolishes on papers, i learned that from my peers.
But, such foolish people most of the times to deceit the world steal a real scientist name and abuses the proven trustability of a good scientist.
*I never ever mean to underestimate to look down primary school diploma, or secondary school diploma. As a matter of fact I believe instead of creating productive study programs, current educational systems wastes student times over years. If I would be the one to give secondary school diplomas, to intelligent super students, SUPER STUDENTS would be armed with very useful
PRE-knowledge for a UNİVERSİTY DEGREE. tODAYS educational system is not good and wastes student time. Or when reaches to university, forgets the superiority of a student gained during preuniversity times. A math-chemistry-physics strong student is supposed to be considered higher over other PhD canditates, but hardly such qualifications are awarded. Because people likes to steal other people rights by many deceitfull ways. The merits of a student is a whole.
I saw some PhDs who lacks physics-chemistry-math strenghts are given budgets for such field related
research projects. Yes they are PhD, but they are not in related field.
Social science PhDs also requires a good reasoning and logic, not all 4 year university degree will arm their brain with perfect reasoning in social projects, but social PhD(THİS İS not a correct description really to describe some fields, we should give exact subject, and some are between, composit fields, but for now i say social here, social is an ambiguous
not exactly defining unsufficient word) programs are really easier than math-chemistry-physics requiring PhD programs (exceptions are exceptions). EVEN THE LANGUAGE OF SOCİAL PhD programs is easy compared to math-chemistry-physics PhD.
If I want I can complete a so-called social PhD program in very short time(In 4 monts for example), because they are really chatting, nothing more. In physics-math-chemistry related PhD programs, a genuine PhD succeeds in hundreds of mathematical unit systems, chemical formulaes, physics units to interpret experimental data/results or prepare the most appropriate project for most appropriate question/problem. Such a genuine PhD is equipped with the comprehensive knowledge to use any available knowledge present in the searched area if her/his question/project requires.
How many social Science PhD will be able to understand a thesis in chemistry-physics-math, but I can evaluate most PhD studies in social fields easily. Because they are most of the times uses daily chatting knowledge, they do not require the essential knowledge of mathematics-chemistry-physics.
Many scientific fields demand easy understanding in vast areas such as machine engineering etc. Or requires exceptional skills in to communicate with people from different educational background including, language skills for a clear language of article, art for the formats of article, library skills sourced from scientific knowledge is also very important. It is such scientific library skills of university faculty staff that created a succesfull google.com scholar search engine transferred to google.com search engine; allowed google to design an algorithm easily using librarian traditions.
Yes, educational system recognizes that physics-chemistry-mathematics is hard, and for example in high schools, students with low talents of mathematics-chemistry-physics are not admitted to priviliged classes. Anyone is admitted to social fields though. However, high grades of mathematics-chemistry-physics is only permissive to have perfect logic, reasoning to write perfect projects, many of them fails to use their own present knowledge for perfect reasoning, or to ask the perfect question, or to interpret data.
It comes to again to educational systems, to improve well exams such as GRE, and decrease exams only measures the parrot ability of a student.
Our brains should be equipped with the knowledge to understand and use the available most comprehensive knowledge required for a research project, not only store parrot-like knowledge and blind to understand vast knowledges from wast sources.
If a knowledge allows someone to understand more knowledge for a research project it is good, if a knowledge is only parrot-like and does not help to dig out, understand available further other written knowledge, it is not more than a parrot inputting something.
When I see such broken brains from inputting parrot-like things into their brains I feel bad about them. Their brain is broken similar to a computer which has some text but fails to see what relates it or what not relates it. When they talk even their arguments are disgustingly lacks logic to attack young brains. I always select the books, knowledge sources prior to study them starting from my early high school ages. I encountered thousands of question-answer books(exeptions are exceptions) which are favorite books of students who really does not want to understand any concept, any knowledge to solve any scientific problem, but only wants to give the memorized answer to memorized question. Such system is not the method of top academic university style, but stupids who does not have perfect reasoning, perfect logic to draw answer from a-source-knowledge goes to such stupid systems. Academic members of top universities in general does not spend their time to create perfect exams, they are busy with research projects on scientific problems related to health, earth sciences etc. thats why some exams are nothing but broke the brains towards parrot brains, stays on market by who-knows-what people.
QUESTION: Can we examine logic, reasoning of a student?
Although such exams are a must for science to improve science,
science milestones would not occur without reasoning, logical interpretation, unfortunately at present almost no exams will measure such ability.
For example, university team, academics over time knows each other brain reasoning capacity, and in general common, similar brains join as a team, but no standard exams are available to do that.
Thieves exist on each field, someone can steal other reasoning approach. A logic with no knowledge access will not go further, but a brain who understands easily vast field sources combined with perfect reasoning is the one we need for scientific research.
I myself easily exam/compare two team or author reasoning, logic when I read their research project, experimental plan or articles, and this is the exam I do to follow better. I do not only count the number of articles an author has, but also the logic, quality, novelty in each headline, such as method, experimental design, etc. Only intelligent people will understand how an article is very novel in many headlines simultaneously; or, an article is only different in its language otherwise it is a simple repeat of a great article.
I like people who has the knowledge to understand articles to combine different areas, parrot like knowledged people will say things parrot-like, but they will fail to deduce the main idea, gist of different area articles. We have book, speaking computers to hear, but we do not have such reasoning computer programs. ıN EDUCATİON WE need system changes in exams to exclude parrot brains from important scientific areas.
Such exams are rather open booked, open source exams and are difficult and expensive to do.
Let say you give a formula to 2 different students not necessarily memorize the formula required to solve a mathematical problem, but only the one who has good reasoning will be able to use the given/ready open formulae towards solution.
Sure there is nothing wrong if a formula is memorized by students. But, the exam aim is not how well a student memorize it, but how well applies it by perfect reasoning, logic, perfect rational. This is called book, source open exam. A computer will speak any knowledge, but will fail to do reasoning.

I saw some PhDs who lacks physics-chemistry-math strenghts are given budgets for such field related

Social science PhDs also requires a good reasoning and logic, not all 4 year university degree will arm their brain with perfect reasoning in social projects, but social PhD(THİS İS not a correct description really to describe some fields, we should give exact subject, and some are between, composit fields, but for now i say social here, social is an ambiguous
not exactly defining unsufficient word) programs are really easier than math-chemistry-physics requiring PhD programs (exceptions are exceptions). EVEN THE LANGUAGE OF SOCİAL PhD programs is easy compared to math-chemistry-physics PhD.
If I want I can complete a so-called social PhD program in very short time(In 4 monts for example), because they are really chatting, nothing more. In physics-math-chemistry related PhD programs, a genuine PhD succeeds in hundreds of mathematical unit systems, chemical formulaes, physics units to interpret experimental data/results or prepare the most appropriate project for most appropriate question/problem. Such a genuine PhD is equipped with the comprehensive knowledge to use any available knowledge present in the searched area if her/his question/project requires.
How many social Science PhD will be able to understand a thesis in chemistry-physics-math, but I can evaluate most PhD studies in social fields easily. Because they are most of the times uses daily chatting knowledge, they do not require the essential knowledge of mathematics-chemistry-physics.
Many scientific fields demand easy understanding in vast areas such as machine engineering etc. Or requires exceptional skills in to communicate with people from different educational background including, language skills for a clear language of article, art for the formats of article, library skills sourced from scientific knowledge is also very important. Yes, educational system recognizes that physics-chemistry-mathematics is hard, and for example in high schools, students with low talents of mathematics-chemistry-physics are not admitted to priviliged classes. Anyone is admitted to social fields though. However, high grades of mathematics-chemistry-physics is only permissive to have perfect logic, reasoning to write perfect projects, many of them fails to use their own present knowledge for perfect reasoning, or to ask the perfect question, or to interpret data.
It comes to again to educational systems, to improve well exams such as GRE, and decrease exams only measures the parrot ability of a student.

If a knowledge allows someone to understand more knowledge for a research project it is good, if a knowledge is only parrot-like and does not help to dig out, understand available further other written knowledge, it is not more than a parrot inputting something.
When I see such broken brains from inputting parrot-like things into their brains I feel bad about them. Their brain is broken similar to a computer which has some text but fails to see what relates it or what not relates it. When they talk even their arguments are disgustingly lacks logic to attack young brains. I always select the books, knowledge sources prior to study them starting from my early high school ages. I encountered thousands of question-answer books(exeptions are exceptions) which are favorite books of students who really does not want to understand any concept, any knowledge to solve any scientific problem, but only wants to give the memorized answer to memorized question. Such system is not the method of top academic university style, but stupids who does not have perfect reasoning, perfect logic to draw answer from a-source-knowledge goes to such stupid systems. Academic members of top universities in general does not spend their time to create perfect exams, they are busy with research projects on scientific problems related to health, earth sciences etc. thats why some exams are nothing but broke the brains towards parrot brains, stays on market by who-knows-what people.
QUESTION: Can we examine logic, reasoning of a student?
Although such exams are a must for science to improve science,
science milestones would not occur without reasoning, logical interpretation, unfortunately at present almost no exams will measure such ability.
For example, university team, academics over time knows each other brain reasoning capacity, and in general common, similar brains join as a team, but no standard exams are available to do that.
Thieves exist on each field, someone can steal other reasoning approach. A logic with no knowledge access will not go further, but a brain who understands easily vast field sources combined with perfect reasoning is the one we need for scientific research.
I myself easily exam/compare two team or author reasoning, logic when I read their research project, experimental plan or articles, and this is the exam I do to follow better. I do not only count the number of articles an author has, but also the logic, quality, novelty in each headline, such as method, experimental design, etc. Only intelligent people will understand how an article is very novel in many headlines simultaneously; or, an article is only different in its language otherwise it is a simple repeat of a great article.
I like people who has the knowledge to understand articles to combine different areas, parrot like knowledged people will say things parrot-like, but they will fail to deduce the main idea, gist of different area articles. We have book, speaking computers to hear, but we do not have such reasoning computer programs. ıN EDUCATİON WE need system changes in exams to exclude parrot brains from important scientific areas.
Such exams are rather open booked, open source exams and are difficult and expensive to do.
Let say you give a formula to 2 different students not necessarily memorize the formula required to solve a mathematical problem, but only the one who has good reasoning will be able to use the given/ready open formulae towards solution.
Sure there is nothing wrong if a formula is memorized by students. But, the exam aim is not how well a student memorize it, but how well applies it by perfect reasoning, logic, perfect rational. This is called book, source open exam. A computer will speak any knowledge, but will fail to do reasoning.
Many important fields are fulled with people who memorizes a formula only, and crippled apply it towards solution. Such parrot-like people wastes the budges of those who really deserves it.
At the end no science improvement occur, no technology improvement occur, no solutions can be created. Todays system more and more supports parrot-like-brains, because they are easier to exam.

I used to have a classmate with a memory to memorize pages of any book instantly.
How does she remembered them? yOU THİNK WHEN THE SİMİLAR CONCEPTS have been encountered by her/him? No, her/his method was to ask the first sentence of the page.
For, example she/he would not remember the below text, when she/he would encounter car related concepts at all, but if she would hear or asked as a question the text 'rfgh, which provides auto-industry pricing information' as if a computer, she/he would return below text writing, or speaking.
When this class-mate examined, it turned out that this person brain, never associated above text with any tag, with any snippet, with any gist, with any knowledge, with any knowledge field such as engineering, automative endustry etc. There was only two thing inher/his brain the highlighted text and the text under this first sentence. What the fuck this text is memorized by her/him as if a parrot nobody understood. This person with no exception could memorize a Law book in a day, but would never able to see any contradiciton or similar concepts between Law articles. But in any exam if the writing down the Law articles have been asked, this person could write it down from his/her memory. Law is not only to list the things, but tobe recognize them when a daily event necessiates some articles from Law. Such parrots are not succesfull to rethrive the best appropriate Law when required. But, todays exams do not measure the most important part, they only awardfs the parrots.

The computer-technology-created-Language is not in use as I use in this blog. But, in future we will map each tagging to a very specific chemical structure. For example, we might find out that some missing genes in brain is comparable to some missing programs, such Exell, or Picasa etc.
A computer without Excell even fail to save some very sophisticated knowledge. Yes, if a computer with a Word-software program will save thousands of thousands of files in its format, but will fail to save Excell comparable information. So what should be allocated data storage of for a scientific computer. My favorite computer is excellent in Excell, Word including an image program such as Picasa or others. Most most important thing in a computer for me is a search engine which could return anything on my computer if i would enter the concept, gist etc; not only the file name. For me a computer with same storage capacity but lucking excell or some image programs is worthless and only comparable to brainless human. Yes, I am harsh to demand superior brains from humanity, they all should have Excell, Word, Picasa comparable programs inherited via genes in their brains, but in reality what is the percent of such genious peoplein world(Ok, I am the best example of such rare superior brains).
