It is possible that humanity will predict exact path of hurricane

As of 2022, despite the fact that United States of America is number one for centuries to improve science in any field including Meteorology Science to predict Storm Disasters, it is not at a level to force people to evacuate their homes.
Not 100% predictions are available to say people "You will die by hurricane drowning if you do not evacuate your place"
We are able to say 100% that there will not be hurricane risk, for example in Massachusetts State, but we are not able to say exact likely destruction map of a predicted Hurricane.
Life is hard, many will take their chances.
Finding, settling in a land is not easy.
As a matter of fact, it is United States of America enormous land size that stopped historic world wars of centuries.
I am 60 years old, i may, or i may not would evacuate my home for a 50% prediction. The prediction should be at least 70%.
We are so lucky that USA is a country in love with Science, in love with knowledge, in love with to make disasters a predictable science field.
Meteorology Science is so improved by mainly by USA and useful in all the world.
That we know Hurricane is not still in the up sky destined more or less to another part is such a privilege of using scientific views.
Thank to people who are in love with improving knowledge to make measures of predictions, disasters better.
That ian hurricane killed at least thousands is sad, but their life still helped to improve knowledge of disaster risks. To recognize nature in Fort Meyers. To research hurricane untouchable place secrets, their land height from sea level will help to research better or worse areas.
It starts by blind settling, by creating cities to live in at least for years. Then solving the problems of land particular disasters. USA is a country of scientific research, the Fort Myers Beach people years life work was not futile, it made a land recognized and recognize its problems in detail.

Old previous days of Fort Myers beach and Fort Myers is detailed by a New Yorker, realtor video. I compared after hurricane videos.
As of 7 October 2022, I saw a standing working, restaurant a week after terrible hurricane experience in First Street of Myers Beach, Lee County, Florida. Meaning that it is possible to fight against hurricane even with current building engineering technology.
In short, i am thankful to science, research that it makes the world recognizable.
I just couldn't believe in what i am seeing in below video, too terrible, but the video URL is from a trusted broadcasting site. It is real.

https://www.usatoday.com/videos/news/2022/10/04/raw-video-hurricane-iandfall-san-carlos-island-resident-karen-dehays/8173915001/

At the above video URL, from Lee County San Carlos Island, shooted by Dehays, not only the height but the strength of flood is too terrible to rip off concrete port of house and make it pointed to the porch of the house. Did the concrete port piece stopped ever from hitting house, did this house had a upper level to climb up in for the photographer, did they managed standing (without sitting at all) for 20 hours in at least 5 feet height active flood, did the couple inside the house survived luckily, did this house standing at all after hurricane i couldn't reach. A terrible nature accident to fight against.
Note: A source mentions that above video owners are rescued luckily from that terrible flood; that the woman shooting/talking in the video is a wedding photographer; If it was unfortunate for them, thanks to them for sharing their hurricane information, RIP.
