In this country there is a saying to describe the way of a thief-mind illegal behavior.
Do not believe in those who will sell you the public structure, for example they will sell you the 'big ben clock tower in London'. 
A thief minded person on tweeter.com, as he owns many URLs, tweets them without any basis. 
I am surprised that he did not tweeted White House as if he owns it. I believe he (Mahendra ...) has some mental problems.
He (Mahendra ...) also tweeted my copyrighted URL abusively, fortunately I had it removed filing copyright infringement, this abusive person wasted my valuable/expensive time on copyright infringement reports. He stupidly thought that none has my years of work website; you stupid 'Mahendra T.' that a public clock stays on the street does not give you any right to sell it .

Research paper/studies, under REFERENCES header, as if tweeting, list many other former works as reference, reminds  the past. I advise anyone to learn Reearch Article writing logic, method. It will make people conscious, law repecter, and not behave abusive infringer. Since no single life is long enough to bring out the best answer to many scientific questions, the REFERENCE section is mostly other people work, but there are international, governmental rules to list a work as a reference.
This stupid man needs to educate himself that that there is Copyright Law protecting any work.
He(Mahendra ...) is that stupid, thinks that if he sees something on Internet, he has all legal rights to tweet it.
No, one can not tweet any URL without having a permission from the copyright owner, from the account owner.
