Eating each day, all white-fat-trimmed red meat is correct and healthy.

Yes, if the air cleaning is a problem, and all the smell of cooking meat fills my ofis I look for a remedy. But, banning meat on Mondays is meaningless.
Yes, some meat products are poor in aminoacids/proteins, and meat fat content is too high, but again banning meat is not a remedy too fatty meat problem. Rather farms should be educate to give lean meat to eat. Also some steroids should be well-examined prior to regulating farm-animals to make leaner.
Yes, we need to encourage people to eat Fish each week, but one can eat both meat and fish a day, and this is healthier.
Amino-Acid protein rich food is very good in type 2 Diabetes, without amino-acid, secretion of hormones is deteriorated, illnesses occur.
In USA the market is full of stale food which stayed on shelf long time, any food that has table-sugar eventually harms body. But, the stores like to sell and consumers like to buy all processed sugar containing products, because they stay clean, even harmful microbes will not live on them, white-table-sugar free days could be meaningful.
