The storm did not cause too big damage, no casualties, but it is a good video showing that even a small Hurricane Pressure lifts container dwellings, lift sea water, and drops them in its damaging path in seconds. Whirlwind, tornadoes are not frequent in Black Sea, but in 2012 climate is hot and different. The gas compound of Earth changes, Nitrogen is evaporated from Earth to atmosphere, when sunlight wavelength changes, the chemical reaction to make Nitrogen slows, then Atmosphere gas proportions changes. Gas level proportion-changes causes fast gas movements or sometimes Lightning from electrically different charged gases.

New York, New Jersey USA is bad/sad, but could be worse. These places are cities I know by living there, I lived in these places.
The casualties from 2012 sandy-storm is under 300, would had been more, but the technology to predict storms and the knowledge that
towards winter, sometimes storms are likely stronger, made people more prepared to the storm-Sandy danger. Though the hurricane paths are not predictable, storms are less dangerous from earthquakes by the current scientific knowledge that allows protective strategies against storm.
Sometimes, small damages are more accurately recorded, compared to big disasters, because big disasters even kills the people who are in charge of reporting the news.
