All Sports activities should explain targeted body shape, targeted muscles.

We neeed to know more.
There Should be more knowledge on exercise. It is easy to suggest exercise for leg, but for upper body none know What to do to shape the tone of upper body. There should be more research to suggest upper body exercise.
For example,carrying lap-top each day for 10 minutes will change the upper body shape. Some exercises such as dumping large bucket will also shape upper body but in general not good. Ech sport ctivity hould list what muscles it is targeting.
